Following a 30-minute introductory call, we’ll discuss your business goals, challenges, and the type of support you need, whether that’s operational management, technical system support, or photography.
Based upon your needs we can select the most suitable retainer package, which gives you a set number of pre-paid hours each month (minimum 3-month commitment). You can use these hours flexibly across operational management and technical system support. Time is tracked in hourly increments, and unused hours don’t roll over. Custom retainers are also available to fit your needs but adhoc hours are available as well.
For photography, I have a set price list that we can tailor specifically for your needs.
I’ll then guide you through a simple onboarding process, setting up access, gathering key information, and agreeing on next steps so we can get started smoothly.
From there, I work alongside you behind the scenes to keep your business running efficiently, giving you more time to focus on growth.

This is best for business owners who still manage most of their operations themselves, but need consistent, reliable support for recurring tasks or specific areas they don’t have time or expertise to handle.
