Behind Connect The Dots
I spent years at the sharp end of corporate life, working in finance and operations, sitting on senior management teams, heading up operations for a national company, overseeing IT, managing acquisitions, leading projects, and being the person everyone turned to when something needed sorting. I was the one in the background making sure everything worked, so everyone else could focus on what they did best, and I loved it!
But somewhere along the way, I realised that the businesses I really wanted to help weren't the big corporates - they were the brilliant one-person bands, the sole traders working ridiculous hours, the managing directors who started something incredible and are now so deep in the day-to-day that they've lost sight of where they were trying to go.
So, I started Connect The Dots.
A bit about Sarah
I'm a single mum, which means I know a thing or two about juggling everything at once, making decisions under pressure, and getting things done with whatever time you've actually got rather than the time you wish you had.
I have a puppy called Louie, who is crazy but provides excellent emotional support at all other times 🐾
I believe in working hard, being honest, and doing things properly. I believe in clarity, realistic expectations, and never making a client feel silly for not knowing something.
I know that the right support at the right time can completely transform what a business looks and feels like, for the owner as much as the clients.
