The Road To Connect The Dots
I’ve over 20 years in the corporate world, working in finance and operations, sitting on senior management teams, heading up operations for a national company, overseeing IT, managing acquisitions, leading projects, and being the person everyone turned to when something needed sorting. I was the one in the background making sure everything worked, so everyone else could focus on what they did best, and I loved it!
But somewhere along the way, I realised the businesses I really wanted to help weren't the big corporates I'd spent my career supporting. It was business owners doing genuinely great work with no one in their corner, too busy running their business to keep on top of their website or how Google and AI search actually work. That's exactly where my experience keeping complex operations running smoothly now comes in, just applied to SEO and websites, on a scale that actually fits your business.
So, I started Connect The Dots.
When I’m not working…
I'm a single mum, which means I know a thing or two about juggling everything at once, making decisions under pressure, and getting things done with whatever time you've actually got rather than the time you wish you had.
I have a puppy called Louie, who is crazy but provides excellent emotional support at all other times 🐾
I believe in working hard, being honest, and doing things properly. I believe in clarity, realistic expectations, and never making a client feel silly for not knowing something.
I know that the right support at the right time can completely change what a business looks and feels like, not just for the clients you're serving, but for you as the person running it.
