FAQ

  • What types of services do you offer?

I offer a combination of business operations support (operational management and technical support) and professional photography. This includes admin support, project management, and operations consulting to help streamline your business, as well as event photography and staff headshots to elevate your brand’s visual presence.

  • How does the discovery call work?

The 30-minute introductory discovery call is a chance for us to discuss your business goals, challenges, and the type of support you’re looking for. It’s also an opportunity to ask any questions you have, so we can make sure we’re a great fit before moving forward.

  • Do you work with businesses outside of the UK??

Yes. While I’m based in the UK, I work with clients remotely. For operations management and technical support, all work is handled online. For photography services, travel can be arranged depending on location and project requirements.

  • How do your retainer packages work?

For business support, a retainer package gives you a set number of pre-paid hours each month (minimum 3-month commitment) that you can use flexibly across admin, operations, or project support. Time is tracked in hourly increments, and unused hours don’t roll over. Custom retainers are available if you need something more tailored.

  • What is your photography style and what can I expect during a shoot?

My photography style is natural, professional, and authentic, capturing moments as they happen. Whether it’s an event, team headshots, or equine photography, I focus on creating timeless, high-quality images that reflect your story. Before the shoot, we’ll discuss your goals, preferred style, and any specific shots you’d like captured.

  • How far in advance should I book your services?

For business support (operational management and technical support), it’s best to book a discovery call as soon as possible to secure your preferred start date. For photography, I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for events, to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on my schedule.
