Digital Optimisation - SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to help your business get found on Google, voice search, and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. Available as one-off packages or ongoing monthly support.

Website Design - new website design, builds, redesigns, and refresh packages for businesses that need a professional online presence that actually reflects who they are and what they offer.

Not sure which service is right for you? Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we'll work it out together.

  • Getting started is straightforward and low pressure.

The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call where we talk about your business, what's not working, and what you actually need. There's no obligation and no jargon, just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit for each other.

If we decide to work together, you'll receive a tailored proposal within 48 hours, followed by a simple service agreement and onboarding questionnaire to get everything set up properly.

You can book your discovery call or drop a message via the contact page and we'll take it from there.

  • Most digital agencies are too big, too expensive, or too generic to serve small businesses properly. Most VAs handle tasks but don't understand how a business actually runs. Connect The Dots sits in a different space entirely.

We bring years of senior operations experience, including heading up operations for a national insurance broker, overseeing IT, and leading acquisitions and projects, to every client she works with. When we build your website or works on your SEO, we understand your operations, your processes, and your clients. That makes the work more aligned with how your business actually functions.

You get one dedicated, experienced business partner who genuinely cares about your growth. That one-to-one relationship is at the heart of everything Connect The Dots does.

  • Connect The Dots offers two pricing structures depending on the service:

Monthly retainers, for Operational Management and ongoing SEO, AEO and GEO support. Retainers start from £150 per month for digital support and are priced based on the level of support your business needs. Minimum three-month commitment applies.

One-off project fees, for website design, SEO audits, and individual digital optimisation packages. Prices start from £350 for an SEO Starter Audit and from £650 for a new website build.

For new clients, there is also a paid tester hour available, which is credited to your account when you start a three-month package, so you can experience the support before fully committing.

All prices are transparent and agreed upfront. No hidden fees, no surprises. Full pricing details are available on the services pages or discussed during your discovery call.

  • Clients often say the biggest difference is feeling like they finally have someone in their corner who actually understands their business, not just their to-do list.

Working with Connect The Dots is collaborative, straightforward, and refreshingly human. Sarah takes time to understand how your business works, what's causing the pressure, and what success looks like for you specifically. From there, the support is built around your business, not a generic template.

Communication is clear and regular. You'll always know what's being worked on, what's been done, and what's coming next. And if something isn't working, you'll hear it honestly rather than being told what you want to hear.
